What is MDF Board?

      Medium density fiberboard (MDF) is mainly made of branch wood, small diameter wood, thinning wood, etc., and its main components are wood fiber, resin glue, etc. It is an environmentally friendly board that can replace logs and is made through chipping, hot grinding, drying, sizing, paving, pre-pressing, hot-pressing, post-processing and other processes. Its main advantages are relatively cheap price, smooth surface, uniform material, good physical properties, and easy processing and modeling. It is also possible to add paraffin, flame retardants, etc. to wood fibers to make moisture-proof boards (HMR Board) and flame-retardant boards (FR Board).

E2 MDF Melamine Laminated Product Intoduced for the Developed countries

We offer the E1 and E2 products both, these two products are similar stronger ,of course the E1 product is more eco-friendly for
making the cabinet or the furniture,but honestly most of the products are still made of the E2 boards.For E1 and E2 boards only
the Formaldhyde emission is different. And compare the E1 product, the E2 board is much cheaper .If you don't have the high budget
for the E1, we have the good quality and high strength E2 board for you to choose and hundreds of melamine design to make the
beautiful cabinet.

Moisture resistant  Melamine MDF

The MDF don't have the waterproof type ,because it's made of the woodfiber,but usually we can put some addictives to make the MDF get more resistance to the moisture.The green MDF is one of the representative moisture resistant board. If your furniture or the humid envientment or the melamine surface often touch the water, the green MDF core is your best choice.
