What is Oriented Strand Board?
Oriented Strand Board also known as OSB, is a new type of wood panel product made of 100% logs after peeling, planing, and hot pressing.The production raw materials are small-diameter pine wood, branch wood and wood processing scraps, which save a lot of wood resources.Oriented structure board reorganizes the wood grain structure, and its mechanical properties are better than ordinary particleboard in terms of directionality, durability, moisture resistance and dimensional stability. It has the characteristics of small expansion coefficient, no deformation, good stability, uniform material and high nail holding power, which is incomparable to traditional particleboard and blockboard ecological board.
